  • This scheme is for those who come under BPL or whose family income is less than Rs. 2 Lakhs per year.
  • Bhagya Laxmi Yojana by the women welfare department of UP government. Department is in process of finalizing the scheme and it will soon come in public domain.
  • As per this scheme bond of Rs. 50000 will be issued to mother of a newly born girl child and Rs. 5,100 would also be given.
  • All beneficiary of this scheme will get 2 Lakh by the time girl reaches age of 21 years.
